Blackhawks players will wear camouflage jerseys during warm-ups, marking the 11th season that the team will wear special jerseys, courtesy of Boeing, in support of those who serve in our nation's military, at home and away. Each jersey will be autographed by the player who wore it and auctioned at

beginning May 1 through May 15 at 12 p.m., with all proceeds benefitting USO Illinois.
USO Illinois is one of the Chicago Blackhawks Foundation's longest-standing grant recipients, with the Foundation awarding more than $1 million to the organization over the last decade to support USO Centers across Illinois, USO Military Youth Programs, as well as USO Community Connection Programs through Salutes on the Ice that celebrate our nation's veterans and active servicemen and women.
Throughout every Blackhawks season, our nation's military typically join singer Jim Cornelison on the ice to be honored during the national anthem. This Saturday's virtual edition of the national anthem will feature servicemembers and veterans, and the Boeing Military Salute will take place via Blackhawks social media channels. Cornelison also recently surprised local veterans and their family members with a private performance at their home, which will be featured alongside other Military Appreciation Night digital content.
Prior to Saturday's game, the Chicago Blackhawks hosted multiple members of the United States Army for their reenlistment ceremony on United Center ice. These servicemen and women are actively working at the mass vaccination site held at the United Center, helping our local community stop the spread of COVID-19 during the ongoing pandemic.
