With college hockey nearing the Frozen Four, NCAA prospects are doing their best to impress their respective NHL teams, while those in the OHL, WHL and QMJHL continue to add to their point totals.

Juniors Racking Up Points

Over the weekend, Blackhawks prospect Jaylen Lupen put up three goals in three games, including the game-winning goal for the Tri-City Americans of the WHL. This makes seven goals in 15 games for the 2021 draft pick.

For Seattle, Nolan Allan tallied two goals in back-to-back games for the Thunderbirds. He currently leads all Seattle blueliners with eight goals this season.

Over in the OHL, Ethan del Mastro has tallied 29 points in his last 28 games in the league, and since being traded to Sarnia, has nine points in seven games as a Sting, including this one:

For the Olympiques, Samuel Savoie tallied two goals to give him 20 on the season:

Comesso and Kaiser Earn League Accolades

Goaltender Drew Comesso was named the second-straight Hockey East goalie of the week, where he tallied 40 saves in a 3-1 victory for the Boston University Terriers over the Boston College Eagles.

Defensemen Wyatt Kaiser was named National Collegiate Hockey Conference defender of the week for the second time this season after tallying four assists and one block over the weekend.

AHL

While the Rockford IceHogs have not won a game since Jan. 13, they picked up two points in OT losses. On Jan 24, Cole Guttman tallied a late-game goal to push the contest to extra minutes for his 13th goal of the season.

On Jan. 27 the IceHogs fell to the Milwaukee Admirals 8-4, with goals from Brett Seney, Dylan Sikura, and Josiah Slavin. Seney now has 16 goals on the season, while Sikura has 10 and Slavin three.
