AGAINST DALLAS

Chicago defeated the Stars, 4-3, in a shootout on Saturday at American Airlines Center. Tyler Bertuzzi scored two goals, while Alex Vlasic notched two assists and logged a season-high 25:45 of time on ice. Jason Dickinson also found the back of the net, while Arvid Soderblom made 28 saves on 31 shots (.903 SV%) for his fourth victory of the season. The Blackhawks have earned points in two of their last three games against the Stars at United Center (2-1-0). Bertuzzi has logged points (3G, 2A) in three of his last four games against the Stars and ranks second on the club with 15 points (7G, 8A) in 16 career games against them.

He currently ranks third among all NHL rookies with 17 assists in 37 games this season. His 17 assists also lead all NHL rookie defensemen, while his 18 points rank second. Levshunov ranks third among all league rookie blueliners with 45 shots on goal this season.

It’s his second multi-point game of the season (1G, 1A on Nov. 18 vs. CGY). He enters Thursday’s game with three helpers over his last five outings. Moore shares second among all team rookies with three goals in 27 games this season, while his eight assists and 11 points each rank third.

GREENE DAY

Rookie forward Ryan Greene posted an assist against New York on Tuesday and has helpers (2A) in back-to-back games and has logged four assists over his last five games. Greene registered six assists in 14 games during the month of December, which ranked first on the club and shared third among all NHL rookies.
