The Iowa Wild swept its weekend series against Rockford to improve to 3-1-0-0 this season.
Iowa earned a 6-3 victory at Wells Fargo Arena on Friday (10/22). Forwards Joseph Cramarossa and Kyle Rau had three assists each. Forwards Nick Swaney (2-0=2), Damien Giroux (2-0-2) and Connor Dewar (1-1=2) tallied two points apiece.

Goaltender Andrew Hammond stopped 16-of-19 shots.
The Wild won the second contest against the IceHogs, 5-2, Saturday in Des Moines (10/23). Swaney led the team with three points (2-1=3). Forwards Adam Beckman (1-1=2) and Mason Shaw (1-1=2) collected two points each.
Goaltender Dereck Baribeau made 21 saves.
Swaney (4-1=5) and Rau (2-3=5) lead Iowa with five points each this season.
Hammond is 2-0-0 with a 1.50 GAA, a .935 SV% and one shutout. Baribeau is 1-1-0 with a 2.57 GAA and a .907 SV%.
Iowa plays back-to-back games at Manitoba this weekend.
