The Wild brought in an extra goaltender for practice on Wednesday in case Dubnyk wasn't feeling up to it, but he practiced in full then and again at morning skate Thursday.
"Upper body is a little sore but it's nothing restrictive as far as moving around," Dubnyk said. "It's more day-to-day activities, trying to lift the kids who are getting heavier by the day, it was a little tougher.
"But as far as playing, it's not going to affect anything."
Dubnyk has been one of the Wild's best players early in the season, posting an 8-4-2 record with a 2.34 goals-against average and a .927 save percentage in 14 starts.
Dubnyk has given up two goals or fewer in nine of those 14 starts, but one of the ones that didn't was Oct. 29 in Vancouver, a game in which Dubnyk surrendered four goals on 30 shots in a 5-2 loss.
Minnesota has won five of seven games since.
"We've played much better hockey since then," Dubnyk said. "If we can play the way we have been playing, hopefully we'll get a better result tonight than we did in Vancouver."
