FRISCO, Texas -- Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nillannounced today that the team has loaned defenseman Julius Honka to the Texas Stars, Dallas' top development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).
Additionally, the team has reassigned forwards Ty Dellandrea and Tanner Kero to the Taxi Squad.

The 5-foot-11, 190-pound native of Jyvaskyla, Finland was originally selected by Dallas in the first round (14th overall) of the 2014 NHL Draft.
Dellandrea, 20, has posted two points (1-1=2) in eight games with Dallas so far in 2020-21. The forward ranks fifth on the Stars with a +3 rating and is tied for sixth on the team with 13 hits this season. He has also registered a 50.9% faceoff win percentage going 28-for-55 from the faceoff circle.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound native of Toronto, Ont., was originally selected by Dallas in the first round (13th overall) of the 2018 NHL Draft.
Kero, 28, has recorded two assists (0-2=2) in eight games with Dallas this season. He registered 33 points (8-25=33) in 49 AHL games with Texas in 2019-20. He shared first on Texas with 25 assists and with 12 power play assists last season. Kero also finished the campaign ranked third on the team in points (33) and eighth in goals (8).
The 6-foot, 185-pound native of Hancock, Mich. was signed by Dallas as a free agent on July 1, 2019.
