Have NHL games been paused?

At this time, the NHL has decided to pause games for an indeterminate amount of time. As more information becomes available in the coming weeks, we will communicate with all current ticket holders.


What is the Stars ticket refund policy?

With the NHL's announcement, Single Game Tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster will be subject to Ticketmaster's postponement policies. Victory Club Members and other plan holders will receive credit for all postponed games included in their package. This credit will be applied to rescheduled games when play resumes.


I purchased tickets through a resale site. Will I receive a refund?

All tickets purchased through a resale (e.g. StubHub, Vivid Seats, Ticketmaster Exchange, etc) will be subject to the refund policy of the ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information. 


Does this affect other Stars events?

Effective immediately, all Dallas Stars events will be paused until play resumes for the NHL season. This includes Victory Club New Member Event, Watching Parties, online or in-person relocation events, among others. Information on new dates and times will be communicated when determined


How does this affect 2020-21 Victory Club Membership payments?

Initial 2020-21 Victory Club payments have been tentatively deferred to Monday, March 30 in respect to this evolving situation. We will communicate with Victory Club Members again if this changes and/or before we charge any accounts


Will Children's Health StarCenters continue to operate?

In accordance with Governor Greg Abbott's plan to reopen the State of Texas, Children's Health StarCenters and Comerica Center practice rink will begin reopening to the public May 18 and will gradually reintroduce programs and initiatives throughout the summer. Are Comerica Center events going on as planned?

The practice rink at Comerica Center will be the only portion of the building that will begin to reopen in late May. All previously scheduled Comerica Center arena events remain canceled or postponed to a later date. Please click here for more information.
