Adin-Hill-Story

Typically we are celebrating first career goals, but this time, we're celebrating two very significant first career points.
Why are they so special? Because they were tallied by San Jose Sharks goaltender Adin Hill.

The first assist came just 47 seconds into the second period. Hill gave the puck to defenseman Brent Burns who sent a beautiful pass down the ice to Alexander Barabanov. Barabanov caught Flames goalie Jacob Markstrom deep in his net and scored five-hole for a 1-0 lead.

The other came on an empty-net tally from forward Tomas Hertl.
Hill capped off the night by making 37 saves, including 18 in the second period alone, and picking up a win in the first game of a five-game road trip.
