Ottawa Senators prospects Roby Jarventie and Leevi Merilainen have been named to Finland's 2022 World Juniors roster.

Jarventie is in his first full AHL season and in 19 games this year with Belleville, he has three goals and six assists.
His nine points are tied for the fourth most on the team while his six assists rank sixth. Jarventie was part of Finland's 2021 World Juniors team that won bronze after he featured in six games.
Merilainen is in his rookie OHL season with the Kingston Frontenacs where he has been sensational thus far, going 12-4-3 in 19 games with a 3.10 GAA. The 19-year-old has won eight of his last 10 starts and recorded his first OHL shutout Dec. 3 against Oshawa.
The 2022 World Juniors take place in Edmonton and Red Deer from Dec. 26 - Jan. 5.
