Buffalo Sabres Hockey School returns this summer

Camp will focus on skill development for boys and girls born between 2005 and 2012

The Buffalo Sabres today announced that the Buffalo Sabres Hockey School powered by Academy of Hockey will return for its second year this July, offering four week-long sessions open to boys and girls of all skill levels.

The camp, which will focus on skill development, will be held Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Harborcenter and will be available to participants born between 2005 and 2012. Each day will include two-and-a-half hours of ice time as well as off-ice training and activities. There will be special appearances from Sabretooth and members of the Sabres organization. Campers will also have the opportunity to tour the Sabres locker room. Lunch will be included daily for each participant.

    Campers will be divided into two age groups: 2005 to 2008 birth years and 2009 to 2012 birth years. The dates for each session are as follows:

    • Session 1: July 15 - July 19
    • Session 2: July 22 - July 26
    • Session 3: July 29 - Aug. 2
    • Session 4: Aug. 5 - Aug. 9

    Cost of participation is $425 per camp and includes a Buffalo Sabres branded jersey and T-shirt. Registration is now open and is limited to 60 participants per session.
