Good Morning Panthers fans and welcome to Rats Roundup. It was an eventful week for the Panthers, as training camp continued, the Cats played their first preseason games, and Panthers Territory became official.

Doubleheader in Nashville

The Panthers shipped off to Nashville this past Tuesday to begin their slate of six preseason games. The Cats split the two games, winning Game 1 and falling in overtime in Game 2. Our very own Jameson Olive was at Bridgestone Arena for all of the action, so for a recap of Game 1, click HERE.

Aiding the Florida Keys

Following the wake of Hurricane Irma, the Florida Panthers, South Florida Ford and the Dan Marino Foundation partnered up to deliver 80 palettes worth of supplies to the Florida Keys on Tuesday, September 19.
Donations and hurricane relief supplies were collected at the BB&T Center from Friday, Sept. 15 to Sunday, Sept. 17.

The convoy, which departed BB&T Center for the Keys at 10 am EST, came together with the help of 30 Ford dealers in South Florida, Sunrise Police, Florida Highway Patrol and the local community.

Anyone wishing to contribute to Hurricane Irma relief efforts can make $5 donation to Florida's Hurricane relief fund by texting "Relief" to 74747.
