SUNRISE, Fla -- The Florida Panthers announced today they will host their Hockey Fights Cancer Night on Saturday, Nov. 12 when Florida hosts the NY Islanders.
In partnership with Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center - part of UHealth, the University of Miami Health System, the Panthers will welcome cancer survivors, patients, doctors and cancer researchers at the game. Several Panthers players also will visit Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Miami on Friday, Nov. 11 to participate in a special lab tour and visit patients.

for a digital, shareable version to show their support for someone who has overcome or battled cancer.

Panthers players will wear purple Hockey Fights Cancer warm-up jerseys on Nov. 12. Select jerseys will be available for an in-game auction outside of Club Lexus. The remaining warm-up jerseys will be available for an online auction on Saturday, Nov. 12 through Wednesday, November 24th. Fans can visit

The Florida Panthers host Military Appreciation Night as they face the San Jose Sharks on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. Fans who show their Military ID at the BB&T Center Box Office can purchase $15 upper end tickets or $35 lower end shoot 1x (rows 16-28). This military discount is only applicable on day of game at the BB&T Center box office for one ID plus one companion.
