Jaromir Jagr, Roberto Luongo power Panthers past Sens

OTTAWA -- Jaromir Jagr had a goal and two assists and Roberto Luongo made 39 saves to help the Florida Panthers to a 4-1 win against the Ottawa Senators at Canadian Tire Centre on Saturday.
Jagr, 44, scored for the first time in 14 games, and Luongo, 37, got his seventh win of the season for the Panthers (9-8-1), who have won two of their first three games on a four-game road trip.

Jussi Jokinen, back in the lineup after missing a game because of the flu, Jonathan Marchessault and Derek MacKenzie scored for the Panthers.
Craig Anderson made 19 saves and Jean-Gabriel Pageau scored for the Senators (10-7-1), who have lost back-to-back games.

Jagr scored 25 seconds into the game when his shot went off the stick of Senators forward Derick Brassard and between Anderson's pads. Jagr had gone 13 games without a goal for the second time in his career (Philadelphia Flyers, 2012).
Jagr assisted on Jokinen's first goal of the season at 12 minutes of the first period to make it 2-0.
Two minutes after Luongo stopped Senators forward Ryan Dzingel on a breakaway, Marchessault scored at 15:05 of the second period to make it 3-0. It was Marchessault's team-leading ninth goal of the season.

Pageau scored on the Senators' 30th shot at 4:45 of the third period, taking a carom off the end boards and banking a shot from below the goal line off Luongo.
