Bjugstad Named to Team USA for 2017 IIHF Worlds

SUNRISE, Fla.- USA Hockey announced today that Florida Panthers forward Nick Bjugstad has been named to Team USA's roster for the 2017 IIHF Men's Ice Hockey World Championship. The tournament will take place from May 5-21 at AccorHotels Arena in Paris, France and LANXESS Arena in Cologne, Germany.

Drafted by Florida 19th overall in the 2010 Draft, Bjugstad, 24, has recorded 130 points with the club in 280 games played. Bjugstad has also represented U.S.A. at the 2013 World Championships and the 2011 and 2012 World Junior Championships.
