Charlie Coyle stole the show on Minnesota Wild season ticket delivery day Thursday.
The Wild forward went to Benilde-St. Margaret's School in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, where he surprised two eighth graders with their tickets for the upcoming season at Xcel Energy Center.

Coyle had something in common with one of them.

Defensemen Marco Scandella and Matt Dumba also went around town to make the special deliveries. Scandella even indulged one of his recipients in a game of floor hockey at their home.

Thursday also was St. Louis Blues season-ticket delivery day. Forward Robby Fabbri and defenseman Joel Edmundson handed out tickets at the headquarters of St. Louis financial-services firm Edward Jones and information technology recruiters Preferred Resources. They also stopped by the house of a lucky family to drop off tickets.
