At 18:03 of the second period in the Penguins/Panthers game, the puck entered the Florida net. The Referee's original call on the ice was "no goal" but a discussion between the four on-ice officials resulted in a "good goal" decision. Florida then requested a Coach's Challenge to review whether Pittsburgh's Patric Hornqvist interfered with goaltender Roberto Luongo prior to his goal.

After reviewing all available replays and consulting with NHL Hockey Operations staff, the Referee determined that Pittsburgh's Hornqvist pushed Luongo's pad and puck across the goal line. According to Rule 78.5 (ix)"Apparent goals shall be disallowed by the Referee when a goaltender has been pushed into the net together with the puck after making a save."
Therefore the original call is overturned - no goal Pittsburgh Penguins.
Since the Coach's Challenge resulted in the original call being overturned, the Florida Panthers retain their time-out.
