At 4:36 of the second period in the Flyers/Lightning game, Tampa Bay requested a Coach's Challenge to review whether Philadelphia was off-side prior to Claude Giroux's goal.
After the Situation Room reviewed all available replays and consulted with the Linesman, the call on the ice was upheld - good goal Philadelphia Flyers.
Since the Coach's Challenge did not result in the original call being overturned, the Tampa Bay Lightning are assessed a minor penalty for delaying the game.
