Chris Kreider gave the Rangers a 1-0 lead with 3:10 left in the second period, but the Penguins took a 3-1 lead on goals by Sidney Crosby with 2:13 left, Evgeni Malkin with 1:52 to go, and Patric Hornqvist with 34 seconds remaining.
