Vinni Lettieri scored at 3:53 of overtime to give the New York Rangers a 4-3 win against the New Jersey Devils at Madison Square Garden on Monday.
Steven Fogarty, Tim Gettinger and Chris Kreider also scored for New York, and Neil Pionk had two assists. Henrik Lundqvist made 14 saves on 15 shots in 39:54, and Marek Mazanec allowed two goals on 11 shots in relief.

Kyle Palmieri had a goal and two assists, and Nico Hischier Taylor Hall scored 2:57 apart in the third period for New Jersey to tie the game 3-3.
Devils goalie Eddie Lack made 35 saves.
Rangers forward Matt Beleskey injured his shoulder in the first period, and New York forward Jesper Fast did not play after the second for precautionary reasons.
