7 p.m. ET; WGN, FS-TN, NHL.TV

Predators team scope

The Nashville Predators will be without injured forwards James Neal, Viktor Arvidsson and Colin Wilson. Neal and Arvidsson each has an upper-body injury, and Wilson has a lower-body injury. Each was injured in a 2-1 loss at the Florida Panthers on Friday. "For us, it doesn't matter who's in or out," left wing Austin Watson said. "It's the guys who are in the lineup that night have to go out and get the job done. Obviously, some important pieces [are out], but it's on the guys in here to go out there, pick up the slack and get the job done." Pekka Rinne was the first goalie off the ice at the morning skate and likely will start after backing up Juuse Saros against the Panthers. Rookie forward Frederick Gaudreau, who was recalled Saturday from Milwaukee of the American Hockey League, will draw into the lineup in Wilson's place.

Blackhawks team scope

The Chicago Blackhawks are looking for their third straight win after sweeping a back-to-back set against the Buffalo Sabres and Carolina Hurricanes. Chicago is 3-4-1 since a five-game winning streak and has won two of the first three games against Nashville this season (2-1-0). "We knew coming into the homestand we wanted to get some points and get back on track here at home, so we did that the first couple of games," right wing Patrick Kane said. "Now we have a big divisional game against Nashville. Try to keep playing the same way." The Blackhawks are 5-1-0 in the past six games against the Predators dating to last season. Corey Crawford will be in net for Chicago, which is 15-4-4 at United Center.
