Caufield caddies for Zegras at Detroit golf tournament

When you can't join 'em, caddie for 'em. That was Cole Caufield's motto for his buddy Trevor Zegras.

The Montreal Canadiens forward caddied for the Anaheim Ducks forward at the Rocket Mortgage Classic Pro-Am at Detroit Golf Club on Wednesday.

"It feels pretty good today [being a caddy], first time and probably last too,"

Zegras chimed in that Caufield got stuck with the job after hitting a couple of golf balls into the grandstand.

Caufield and Zegras posted Instagram stories of their shenanigans on the golf course.

a picture of Caufield carrying his golf bag and wearing a bib with Zegras' name on the back.

Dylan Larkin also hung out with two forwards on the green.

"It's a great day," Larkin said in the same interview. "Watching these guys swing. Watching Cole carry the bag, it's fun. These guys always keep it light in the summer. It's a good time."
