Haula, a forward, was placed in NHL COVID-19 protocol and Fogarty was recalled from the taxi squad. ... Swayman was recalled from Providence of the American Hockey League on Saturday. ... Raffl participated in the morning skate but the forward is considered "very doubtful" to play before the All-Star break, Stars coach Rick Bowness said. He has missed three games after sustaining an injury against the Detroit Red Wings on Jan. 21.
