BLOG: Blackhawks Celebrate NHL Pride Day

The Blackhawks are proud to join the league in celebrating NHL Pride Day in support of the LGBTQ community!

You can join in the celebration with our

newly-launched Pride t-shirts

in partnership with the Creatives Who Care initiative. All proceeds benefit the Center on Halsted and the Chicago Blackhawks Foundation to support the LGBTQ community.

Center on Halsted, a longtime central hub for Pride related activities in Chicago during the month of June, has shifted its Pride celebrations to a digital-first platform due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, including the Virtual Pride Celebration: Pride In Our Hearts on June 29 from 5-6 p.m.

During this event participants will learn how COH has continued to deliver to Chicago's LGBTQ community during COVID-19. Participants will also be able to raise their virtual PRIDE paddle in support of COH's programs and services and help to match the

During COVID-19, the Midwest's most comprehensive LGBTQ community center has stepped up services in socially distant and responsible ways to continue providing direct services remotely.
