Roussel fined for actions in Canucks game against Oilers

NEW YORK - Vancouver Canucks forward Antoine Roussel has been fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for roughing Edmonton Oilers forward Jesse Puljujarvi during NHL Game No. 307 in Vancouver on Tuesday, Feb. 23, the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced today.

The incident occurred at 15:47 of the second period. Roussel was assessed a minor penalty for roughing.
The money goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
