WINNIPEG, April 12, 2022 - Fans and media are advised that the Winnipeg Jets, in conjunction with the National Hockey League, announced today that their April 13, 2022 game against the Seattle Kraken has been postponed due to extreme weather expected in Winnipeg this week and in order to avoid any disruption to the NHL's regular season schedule. The game will be played on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. CT at Canada Life Centre.
The Jets will travel to Florida today to avoid any possibility that the extreme weather could disrupt their travel for their road games against the Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning this weekend.
