WINNIPEG - Dale Hawerchuk's name immediately brings memories to the minds of hockey fans, especially those in Winnipeg where he spent nine seasons.
The stories are endless. The face-off at the 1987 Canada Cup with the game on the line, his incredible Calder Trophy winning season in 1981-82, and his 53-goal campaign in 1984-85 are just a few of those - and they're just the on-ice stories.

The Remembering Ducky livestream presented by Bell MTS will look back at the incredible legacy left behind by Hawerchuk, who will be remembered for his passion and love of the game on the ice, as well as his modesty and humility off of it.
JetsTV Host Jamie Thomas will be joined by JetsTV Reporter Mitchell Clinton as the two recap Hawerchuk's Hall of Fame career. Throughout the show, members of the Jets organization will also tell their stories about the legendary number 10. Those guests include Executive Chairman Mark Chipman, Jets General Manager Kevin Cheveldayoff, Assistant General Manager and former Jets Equipment Manager Craig Heisinger, and Jets Head Coach Paul Maurice.
Jets forward Mark Scheifele - who was coached by Hawerchuk for three seasons with the Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League - will also stop by to look back on those years, as well as the lessons Hawerchuk taught him that still stick with Scheifele to this day.
In addition, Hawerchuk's son, Eric, will join the show to discuss the Hawerchuk Strong website and how fans can donate to causes that meant the most to Dale.
All this, plus never-before-seen footage and interviews will air on WinnipegJets.com, YouTube, and the Jets mobile app at noon CT on Sept. 3. Fans can also watch the show on Twitter and Facebook at that time, with the show re-airing at 7 pm CT that same day.
