Ahead of the NHL Draft, NHL Central Scouting releases its final rankings of eligible prospects.
This year, Kingston's Shane Wright tops the North American skaters list, Juraj Slafkovsky of TPS sits first among all international skaters, Prince George's Tyler Brennan ranks first among North American goaltenders, and Topias Leinonen of JYP leads all international goaltenders.

Heading into this year's NHL Draft, the Flames currently hold three picks: 59th overall (second round), 155th overall (fifth round), and 219th overall (seventh round).
The 2022 NHL Draft will be held at the Bell Centre in Montreal. The first round goes on Thursday, July 7 (7:00 PM MT, Sportsnet), while Rounds 2-7 are on Friday, July 8 (9:00 AM MT, Sportsnet).
