Defenseman Josh Manson will be out approximately six weeks with an oblique muscle injury and has been placed on IR.
Manson suffered the injury Monday night in the first period of the Ducks home opener vs. Minnesota. The 29-year-old Manson is in his seventh season in the NHL, all with Anaheim. The shutdown defenseman is averaging just under 20 minutes per game in his career.
