USA Hockey announced today the 2018 Men's Olympic Ice Hockey Team for the 2018 Winter Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea (February 9-25). Ducks prospect Troy Terry (Denver University) is one of the first 23 players to be named to the roster.

A native of Denver, Colorado, Terry is one of four NCAA players of U.S. origin to be named to the Olympic Team roster. Selected by Anaheim in the fifth round (148th overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft, Terry helped lead Team USA to gold at the 2017 World Junior Championship. The 6-1, 175-pound center went 4-for-4 in the shootouts during the tournament, with game-deciding goals against Team Canada (Final) and Russia (Semi-Final). He scored on all three shootout attempts in the 2017 Semi-Final contest against Team Russia to help Team USA win 4-3. Terry also won gold during the 2015 U-18 World Championship, recording 3-2=5 points in seven contests.
Terry, 20 (9/10/97), is currently in his third season with Denver University, earning 8-17=25 points in 20 games with a +7 rating. In his collegiate career, Terry has logged 96 games for the school with 39-53=92 points and a +42 rating.
