On Saturday, the Ducks will take part in the grand opening and tree lighting ceremony at the Santa Ana Winter Village. The second annual family-friendly holiday attraction, located in the heart of Downtown Santa Ana, will provide participants of all ages the ability to enjoy an outdoor ice-skating rink, live entertainment, holiday shopping, local food trucks, and much more. Guests in attendance will have the opportunity to rent skates and test their skills at the outdoor ice-skating rink. Skaters can also reserve a private, covered Ducks VIP Tent with Ducks-themed festive décor for their friends and family to relax in during their session. Each tent can host up to eight people. The following week, the Ducks will host their second Ducks Day at Surf City Winter Wonderland in Huntington Beach this holiday season beginning at 4 p.m. as mascot Wild Wing, Power Players and a live DJ will be onsite for the festivities. The Ducks Street Team will also be in attendance with exclusive Ducks giveaway items. All attendees of Ducks Day are required to complete a waiver prior to participating in the fun. Surf City Winter Wonderland Holiday Ice Rink at the Huntington Beach Pier is located at 325 Pacific Coast Highway Huntington Beach, California 92648.
Additionally, The RINKS will join in on the holiday celebration with special public skate sessions. On Friday, Dec. 16, The RINKS- KHS ICE will host a Christmas Toy Drive skate from 7:30-9 p.m. All attendees who make a toy donation worth $10 or more will receive a free skate session. The RINKS- Anaheim ICE will hold an Ugly Christmas Sweater skate on Saturday, Dec. 17 at 7:45 p.m. Skaters who wear an ugly Christmas sweater will receive a free skate rental. On Friday, Dec. 23, The RINKS- Yorba Linda ICE will host an Ugly Christmas Sweater skate from 7:15-8:45 p.m. Attendees who wear an ugly Christmas sweater will receive a skate rental for $15.
