Coyotes Announce Kachina Saturdays Coming to Gila River Arena This Season

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - The Arizona Coyotes announced today that the club will introduce Kachina Saturdays at Gila River Arena this season. The Coyotes are entering their 23rd year in the Valley and Kachina Saturdays will provide fans with an opportunity to celebrate the Coyotes proud history over the past two decades.
"Our goal with Kachina Saturdays is to make Gila River Arena the Valley's place to be on 13 Saturdays this season," said Coyotes' President & CEO Ahron Cohen. "In the same way as the Kachina jerseys celebrate our team's history in Arizona, we're going to use these games to honor great Coyotes players from the past and the other members of our Pack who have done so much to grow hockey in Arizona and positively impact the Valley - our loyal season ticket members, our community heroes, and the youth hockey representatives who mean the world to us."

The Coyotes will have 13 Kachina Saturdays during the 2018-19 campaign. As part of each evening, Coyotes players will wear their new official third jerseys, the Kachina sweaters, for all Saturday home games. The Coyotes will also wear their Kachina jerseys on Black Friday (Nov. 23). In addition, the Coyotes will honor a former player by having him take part in the ceremonial puck drop along with a community or youth hockey ambassador and a long-time Season Ticket Member.

In May, the Coyotes announced the club's "Weekender" ticket package which allows fans to purchase tickets for all Coyotes regular season Friday, Saturday and Sunday home games. The Coyotes will have 22 weekend games during the 2018-19 season. The "Weekender" package includes the following benefits:
