BOSTON – Cole Caufield scored his second-career hat trick, but it was not enough as the Bruins mounted a third-period comeback to defeat the Canadiens 4-3 at TD Garden on Saturday.

Boston scored a pair of goals in 12 seconds to erase and then overtake Montreal’s 3-2 lead, and that was how this one would end.
