HARTFORD, CT. - The sixth day of the 2018 Boston Bruins Fan Fest Tour took place on Saturday in Hartford, Connecticut at the Connecticut State Capitol Building. Bruins defenseman Kevan Miller and assistant coach Joe Sacco were on site to meet with fans.
The Fan Fest Tour continues on Sunday in Providence, RI.

Kevan Miller was attending his second Fan Fest, having participated in 2017.
"It's great," said the five-year veteran. "You get to come out and hang out with the fans. Everybody's excited for the season, as we are, itching to get things going, so it's been good."

Miller got his introduction to New England when he went to the University of Vermont, and has continued to familiarize himself with the fans since he has been in Boston.
"The New England fanbase is crazy, in a great way," said Miller. "It expands pretty far, obviously, from Maine down to even below Connecticut a little bit. So it's great - lot of support for us and we love it."

With a few weeks to go before the start of training camp, Miller is looking forward to getting started.
"I'm definitely excited," said Miller. "I came back a little early to make sure my ducks were in a row, make sure everything was good to go. I know the guys are starting to trickle in and everybody's excited to get the season started."
