BOSTON - The Boston Bruins announced today, December 10, the BFit School Assembly Program Powered by National Grid will be held virtually, with schools across New England.

The Boston Bruins plan to host 12 BFit School Assemblies Powered by National Grid, which will include guest appearances from Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney, President of the Professional Fire Fighters of Massachusetts Rich MacKinnon, and live appearances from Bruins Foundation President Bob Sweeney, former Bruins goalie and current NESN personality Andrew Raycroft.
About the BFit School Assemby Program
The BFit School Assembly program travels throughout New England every school year, with this year being an interactive Zoom for up to 1,000 students and teachers of each school. With the help and partnership of National Grid the program has been in existence for 5 years. The BFit School Assembly Program is an interactive 45-minute-long assembly that teaches participants how to live a happy, healthy lifestyle by emphasizing the importance of proper nutrition, kindness, determination and movement through the game of hockey.
