BOSTON- After their 7-1 loss to the Hurricanes on Wednesday at TD Garden, the B's will look to get back on track with the Capitals coming to Boston Thursday night. The Bruins will aim to repeat their last date with the Caps after bringing their A-game to D.C. just last Monday, earning a 7-3 win on the road.

The B's entered Tuesday night's matchup on a high, coming off a OT win at home vs. the Western Conference-leading Nashville Predators. Their win on Saturday was the B's fifth win in a row, marking their longest win streak of the season thus far. The 'Canes quickly shifted the energy, however, coming out strong in the first period on Tuesday night, putting the sixth win in a row out of sight early.
Coming off the loss, the B's stepped onto the ice at Warrior Ice Arena ready for a new day. "Execution and pace is the first thing you are looking for after a night like last night," Bergeron said when asked about what he was looking for in practice.
"Obviously make sure you have the energy up...at times you have to flush it out and look at what you have to do better."
As for Thursday, Bergeron knows the Caps have been keeping an eye on their success and will be ready to bring their physical play to Boston.
"We went out in Washington and had a good game and we know they are going to come out tomorrow ready for us," said Bergeron. "They are a physical team, it's just about being ready for that."

Head Coach Bruce Cassidy put Tuesday night's loss simply, saying "[the Hurricanes] were just faster, heavier on pucks."
All of Cassidy's focus is now on Thursday, when he hopes to get back on the winning track. "Lets get our compete level back up, get back to races and winning puck battles," said Cassidy.
