How to use mobile tickets at Enterprise Center

MOBILE TICKETING: STEP-BY-STEP
Exciting changes are coming with your Blues tickets this season!
Beginning with the first preseason on Sept. 21 vs. Columbus, your Blues tickets will transition to a completely mobile ticketing experience for all home games. Now, fans will be able to access their Blues tickets through their Apple, Android or Google devices.

This transition comes with fans in mind and will enhance the game night experience beginning the moment you walk into Enterprise Center. Mobile ticketing is safer, more convenient, and allows for more flexibility when it comes to handling their tickets. No longer will fans have to stand in long will call lines or wait outside because their friend is running late. With mobile tickets, your seats will arrive directly to your phone and can be texted to friends and family!
"Mobile ticketing is really going to improve the game experience for fans," said Keira Emerson, the Blues Vice President of Strategy and Business Intelligence. "You no longer have to worry about losing your tickets, remembering who you gave your tickets to, or making sure your printer has enough ink. Fans just need to bring their phones so they can easily get into the arena and enjoy everything Enterprise Center has to offer."
To view your Blues tickets through the mobile ticketing experience, fans can download the NHL App from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), and select the Blues as their favorite team. Once on the Blues homepage, scroll down and select "Mobile Ticketing." To see your tickets, log in with your username and password.
On game days, fans can easily access their tickets through the NHL App. On the Blues home screen, swipe down and select "My Blues Account," then select the game and tap "View barcode" to see your mobile tickets. Once at the gate, present your smartphone with the QR code to a ticket taker at the Enterprise Center, and enjoy the game!
For fans with multiple tickets, simply swipe to navigate between them. Fans will also have the ability to add their tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
