Stalock Wild Debut 3.30.17

SAINT PAUL, Minn. -- Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has reassigned goaltender Alex Stalock to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Stalock, 29 (7/28/87), was recalled by Minnesota on March 29 and went 1-1-0 with a 1.51 goals-against average (GAA) and a .944 save percentage (SV%) in two starts with the Wild. He is 20-16-7 with a 2.31 GAA, a .924 SV% and four shutouts in 45 games with Iowa in the American Hockey League (AHL) this season. Stalock ranks T-4th in the AHL in shutouts, T-5th in SV%, seventh in minutes played and T-9th in GAA. He is 25-20-7 with a 2.34 GAA, a .912 SV% and four shutouts in 64 career NHL games during six seasons with San Jose and Minnesota.
