Wild, Herbie's, St. Paul Downtown Alliance to host Season Kickoff Party

ST. PAUL -- The Minnesota Wild, Herbie's On The Park and the Saint Paul Downtown Alliance are hosting a joint celebration to kick off the start of the 2021-22 Wild hockey season ahead of the Wild's game on Saturday, Oct. 23 against the Anaheim Ducks.

The event is free and open to the public and will be held at Herbie's On The Park and Rice Park.
If you are attending the Wild game, come early and enjoy the festivities before heading to Xcel Energy Center. If you don't have a ticket to the game, join us on the expanded Herbie's patio where the game will be shown on a large video screen.
Festivities will begin at 1 p.m. and finish up at 8 p.m., and include:

at Herbie's On The Park (1-8 p.m.)

• Beer Garden
• Herbie Burger Sliders, Chicken Sliders and Brats
• Live music from the Blue Ox Jazz Trio (3:30-5 p.m.)
• Wild vs. Anaheim Ducks beginning at 5 p.m. on the big screen

at Rice Park (1-4 p.m.)

• Food trucks
• Live music from the Southside Aces (2-3:30 p.m.)
• Minnesota Wild and Saint Paul Downtown Alliance giveaways
• Title IX Tour Bus featuring various sports activities and a photo booth
• Yard games on the south lawn
