Stars recall right wing Denis Gurianov from Texas

The native of Togliatti, Russia has 13 goals and 21 assists in 33 games with Dallas' AHL affiliate this season

FRISCO, Texas --Dallas Stars General Manager Jim Nillannounced today that the club has recalled right wing Denis Gurianov from the Texas Stars, Dallas' top development affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Gurianov, 21, has skated in 33 AHL contests with Texas so far in 2018-19, registering 34 points (13-21=34). Among team leaders, he ranks third in assists (21) and fourth in points (34) and goals (13). In 12 NHL games with Dallas this season, he has posted three points (1-2=3) and an average 11:19 of ice time.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pound native of Togliatti, Russia was originally selected by Dallas in the first round (12th overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft.
