SUNRISE, Fla. – Florida Panthers General Manager Bill Zito announced today that the Panthers have reduced their training camp roster to 48 players.

Forwards Skyler Brind’Amour, Kai Schwindt, Wilmer Skoog and Patrick Giles, and goaltenders Evan Cormier and Mack Guzda are expected to report to Florida’s American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Charlotte Checkers.

The Panthers face off against the Ottawa Senators today at 4 p.m. (ET) for a preseason matchup at Centre 200 celebrating Kraft Hockeyville in Sydney, Nova Scotia.
