Schmidt makes fashion statement, stays warm with yellow gloves before Jets game

Defenseman Nate Schmidt was looking slick heading in to Canada Life Centre before his Winnipeg Jets took on the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday despite local temperatures diving to -22 Celsius/-8 Farenheit.

Schmidt showed up in an immaculate fit - dark suit, dark shirt, dark toque, light silver tie and the yellowest pair of statement gloves the world has ever seen.

Schmidt definitely looked cold in the new sense, but also warm in the traditional sense.

Bonus points to the man for having his bright mittens match the exact yellow color of the wall outlet he was passing by when his photo was taken.
