Considering who the reigning NHL champions are, it's no surprise the Stanley Cup was in the neighborhood.

The Denver Broncos got a visit from the trophy on Thursday at their practice facility after it had been on tour all summer with Colorado Avalanche players, coaches and staff.
The Broncos wasted no time introducing the Cup to the three Lombardi trophies they've won.

Players were thrilled to see the Cup hanging out at the practice facility. Many stopped to take pictures and check out the names engraved on it.

Wide receiver Jerry Jeudy even made a deal with some Avalanche staff to bring the Lombardi trophy to the Avalanche facility after they win the Super Bowl.

Quarterback Russell Wilson returned in full uniform, including helmet, for one last hug with Stanley.
