The Blackhawks host their annual Pride Night on Tuesday, bringing the entire organization together to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community and stand together for inclusion.
A special pregame event in the United Center Atrium will kick off the evening, featuring special performances from the Chicago Gay Men's Chorus, a surprise appearance at the new dasherboard bar, photo opportunities and more. Fans can also sample free tacos from Taylor's Tacos, a local Support West grant recipient and 100 percent female-, black- and lesbian-owned small business. Atrium doors will open at 5 p.m. Both game intermissions will feature surprise entertainment performances inside the arena. Additionally, fans will have the opportunity to learn about two more local small businesses -- Pride Candle Co. and Brassell Design Consultants -- as part of BMO's EMpower Program.
Blackhawks players will wear Pride-inspired warmup jerseys, which will be auctioned online at
Blackhawks.com/PrideJersey
through Friday, April 22 at 12 p.m. CT. Limited-edition Pride apparel will also be available in the Madhouse Team Store or at CBHShop.com.
