Nashville, P.K. Subban was coming (back) to your city Wednesday.
The Nashville Predators defenseman was back in Music City as an award presenter at the CMT Music Awards, where he hung with some of the brightest stars in country music like Big & Rich.
Subban had been spending the past week in Boston attending Harvard Business School, where Boston Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara was also taking classes. But he returned to Nashville for the awards at Bridgestone Arena.
Excited to be back in #Smashville tonight for the #CMTawards miss my preds fans so much!!!!..
Subban wasn't the only hockey player at the home of the Predators for the award show. Mike Fisher, who spent the past eight seasons in Nashville before retiring May 18, was there to cheer on his wife Carrie Underwood. Underwood performed her new single "Cry Pretty" and took home the award for Female Video of the Year.
