The Devils, third in the division with 58 points, ended a four-game losing streak with a 3-1 win at the Buffalo Sabres on Tuesday. The Devils are one point behind the second-place Pittsburgh Penguins and have three games in hand.

They said it

"It's just all about confidence. I think every goalie in the AHL and NHL has similar tools and it's just all about mentality and that confidence. Everything's been going really well since I've been here; I'm just going to focus on the process and trust in it." -- Flyers goalie Alex Lyon
"The biggest thing I've seen (in two losses against the Flyers this season) has been urgency. I think it showed in the way the Flyers pursued pucks and how they forechecked. The challenge for us is understanding where both of us are in the standings, understanding the magnitude of these games, and making sure we're ready to play at the drop of the puck." -- Devils defenseman John Moore
