NEW YORK -- “NHL Hockey Academy presented by BODYARMOR Sports Drink” returns for a second season on the NHL’s YouTube channel. NHL Players share their offseason training routines in the 10-episode series hosted for the first time by two-time Olympic medalist and PWHL No.1 Draft Pick Caroline “KK” Harvey. The first three episodes are available to watch here on the NHL’s YouTube channel.

The series follows Harvey as she travels around the United States to meet with NHL Players and learn how they train for the upcoming hockey season, giving fans an inside look into their fitness regimens and personal lives. Episodes include Boston Bruins goalie Jeremy Swayman practicing Pilates with his fiancée and newborn, Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy exercising with his personal trainer, Buffalo Sabres forward Tage Thompson working on his shot and Toronto Maple Leafs forward Matthew Knies strategizing plays on ice with former NHL Player and Stanley Cup Champion Kyle Okposo.

Additional episodes feature Minnesota Wild forward Matt Boldy and Utah Mammoth forward Clayton Keller and will drop on the League’s YouTube channel leading up to the NHL’s opening night on Sept. 29. The series is executive produced by Matt Nicholson for NHL Productions.
