Craig Anderson made 19 saves to help the Ottawa Senators to a 3-0 win against the Montreal Canadiens at Canadian Tire Centre.
Matt Duchene had a goal and an assist, Tom Pyatt and Bobby Ryan scored, and Mark Stone had two assists for the Senators. Pyatt gave Ottawa a 1-0 lead 4:22 into the first period, Duchene made it 2-0 at 8:07 of the second period, and Ryan extended the lead to 3-0 at 13:34 on the power play. Carey Price played the first two periods for the Canadiens and made 18 saves on 21 shots. Antti Niemi finished with 10 saves.
