Coyne Schofield spending time squatting 300-pound husband, donating food

Kendall Coyne Schofield is getting a way better home workout than her husband.

The forward from the 2018 gold medal-winning United States Women's National Hockey Team shared a video of her and her husband doing some squats.

Michael Schofield, the Los Angeles Chargers offensive lineman, goes first with his wife on his back.

Then Coyne Schofield goes with her husband on her back. She shared the video and perhaps the understatement of the year via Twitter.

Coyne-Schofield, a six-time world champion with the USA Women's Team, is listed at 5-foot-2, 125 pounds.

Schofield, who won a Super Bowl with the Denver Broncos in 2016, runs 6-foot-6, 301 pounds.

In addition to getting their workouts in, the couple has also been making food donations through their Schofield Family Foundation to various causes.

On the third episode of "Hockey at Home," Lexi Carrick, the wife of New Jersey Devils defenseman Connor Carrick, showed some appreciation for the Schofields, who supported her parents' restaurant, Osteria Ottimo, in Orland Park, Illinois.

"(Kendall and I) are from the same town and she and her husband placed a big order from my parents' restaurant for the Ronald McDonald House. My parents' restaurant is doing food to go but the community's rallying around them and they're doing pretty well."

The couple has also been volunteering at the Orland Township Food Pantry during the pandemic.
