Trebek Domi

Alex Trebek wouldn't give up his Toronto Maple Leafs jersey. Not even for the "Jeopardy!" Hall of Fame.

The legendary game show aired one of the late host's favorite episodes, which included a hockey category where he produced two video clues with former Maple Leafs forward Tie Domi.
Trebek was an avid hockey fan from Sudbury, Ontario, who helped
the Ottawa Senators announce
their selection of Tim Stuetzle at the 2020 NHL Draft. He died of
pancreatic cancer at age 80
on Nov. 8, and "Jeopardy!" is airing Trebek's favorite episodes for two weeks around the holidays.
On Monday the game show aired an episode from Oct. 14, 2004 where Trebek got to hit the ice at the Leafs' home arena in his own personalized No. ? jersey. The show's Twitter page shared some trivia about Trebek's fondness for that episode and the jersey, which he refused to part with.

Be sure to note a young Ken Jennings answering the most questions of the three contestants correctly.
Trebek may have felt most fond about his jersey and time on the ice with Domi, but he also enjoyed the thrill that was a photoshoot with Toronto mascot Carlton the Bear.
