Some details on tonight's Hockey Talks / DIFD Mental Health Awareness night at Canadian Tire Centre and more in today's Game Day 5.

1. Hockey Talks / DIFD night

For an eighth consecutive season, the Sens have partnered with Do It For Daron (DIFD) in an effort to inspire conversations and educate fans about youth mental health. In November 2010, 14-year-old Daron Richardson died by suicide and from this tragedy came a movement to transform youth mental health.
Daron's parents Luke and Stephanie Richardson decided to transform their very private pain into a public call-to-action and made a decision to support young people who struggle with mental illness.
"I can't even begin to imagine what they went through and I don't think anyone would have blamed them if they had just kind of withdrawn because they had every right to." said Mark Borowiecki who played two season for Luke Richardson in the AHL. "To turn something so trying into such a positive voice in our community really speaks to them as people."
Here are a few ways that you can support this great cause:

3. Previous meeting

It's been well over a year since these teams last met at Canadian Tire Centre when the Predators left Ottawa with a 5-1 win on November 17th, 2016. Derick Brassard had the lone Sens goal while Mike Condon was busy, facing 40 shots in defeat.

4. Turris' return to CTC

Tonight's game also marks the first time that Kyle Turris will return to Canadian Tire Centre since the November 4th blockbuster trade between the Senators, Predators and Avalanche that saw Ottawa acquire Matt Duchene.
Turris skated in 407 games with the Sens where he recorded 274 points (117G, 157A) but will probably most fondly be remembered for his clutch overtime playoff goals as well as the great impact he had in our community.
"He was an important part of our team and an important part of the city," said former linemate Mark Stone. "I'm sure he'll get a warm welcome and deservedly so."
